The STIBOR forward curve in Excel & API
If you’re copying this curve into a model more than once a month, you don’t need a download, you need a feed. One function per forward period, always current, straight into your model.
// Excel: any STIBOR forward period in a cell =BlueGamma.FORWARD_RATE("3M STIBOR", start_date, end_date) # API: the same rate, one GET away GET api.bluegamma.io/v1/forward_rate ?index=3M STIBOR&start_date=2027-06-30&end_date=3M x-api-key: your_api_key
The curve prices your float. The desk quotes a par rate.
When you fix, the bank quotes one number for the whole term. Check it against an independent STIBOR mid before you sign: the difference is their margin.

STIBOR, the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate, is the benchmark interest rate for Swedish kronor, administered by the Swedish Financial Benchmark Facility. It is fixed at 11:00 each Swedish banking day for tomorrow-next, 1 week, and 1, 2, 3 and 6 months, as a trimmed average of panel banks' submissions based first on their own transactions.
STIBOR moves with expectations for the Riksbank's policy rate. SWESTR, published by the Riksbank from actual overnight transactions, is the risk-free counterpart. No end date for STIBOR has been set, although the Riksbank's long-term view is that it should eventually be replaced.
Use the tenor your loan or swap resets on: 3M STIBOR for quarterly resets, 6M STIBOR for semi-annual ones.
Both curves on this page are bootstrapped the same way from SEK swap quotes, so the gap between them is the premium the market charges for six months over three.
Quotes stream straight from tier-one inter-dealer brokers and exchanges. We sanity-check every feed before building the curve.
